Governance
Goodwill Industries of South Central California is a
member organization of Goodwill Industries International, a network of
community-based, autonomous organizations that serve people with workplace disadvantages and disabilities by providing job training and employment services, as well as job placement opportunities and post-employment support. Each member Goodwill is governed by a local board of directors elected to represent the community. The board of directors exercises administrative and corporate stewardship of the organization and is responsible for policy determination, resource development
and stewardship, and executive selection and retention.
